She went to Stubbings School and I would be interested to know if there is any film footage from her schooldays, what was happening then - has Stubbings School a web-site? From Andrew Wilcock: Does anyone have any information on or remember the travelling boxing booths that used to visit Mytholmroyd Gala in the early 1960s? From Ross Craney: Does anyone have any photos or information on Mons Mill, Todmorden, circa 1970 or earlier, particularly of the entrance to the mill and Hare House from Burnley Road? Read the full story in Milltown Memories, issue 7. If this or other stories stirs a memory, we'd be happy to know - send us your memories and comments. Don't miss our Summer 2004 issue on sale in June. |
