Hebden Bridge Local History anniversary Hebden Bridge Local History Section has got together with Heptonstall Grammar School Museum to present a series of events celebrating the 150th anniversary of Heptonstall Parish Church. Heptonstall Museum, which has taken on a welcome new lease of life, reflects life in the area for over 350 years and holds a wonderful collection of artefacts including two oak desks covered in pupils' graffiti and items connected with the Cragg Vale Coiners. The museum is open Saturdays and Sundays 11am - 4pm (excluding winter). For more details contact the Rochdale Canal Interpretation and Visitor Centre, Hebden Bridge, on (01422) 843831.
