Editor's Letter

Please note: the price of Milltown Memories has increased to £2.80. Editor Issy Shannon explains why:

Since our launch a year ago we have added 12 pages and intend to carry on expanding and improving the magazine, with the focus very firmly on editorial content, especially photographs. The price increase is necessary to ensure our continuing growth, maintaining the quality and standards our readers have come to expect.

The good news is that, for the time being, we are able to keep subscription rates to £10 for four issues, inclusive of post and packing. This makes Milltown Memories even better value for subscribers, who save over £1. It's also an ideal Christmas gift!

To those of you reading the magazine in the run-up to Christmas, may we wish you all the very best of the festive season, with a promise of lots of good reading to come in the New Year.

Issy Shannon, Editor;
Frank Woolrych, Picture Editor;
David Fletcher, Associate Editor.

Our Spring 2004 issue will be on sale in March.
